NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESCHEDULED:
The Town Council public hearing has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at Town of Stanley Council Chambers, 416 Highway 27 S, Stanley, NC. Stanley Planning Department has one (1) item scheduled for public hearing. This will be a continuation of the public hearing to review the following request:
- Resolution of intent to permanently close a portion of a public street or alley, West Plum Street, a thirty (30) +/- foot recorded right-of-way, for a distance approximately two hundred (200) +/- feet, such that the remaining right-of-way would remain as recorded. The portion of the road to be closed adjoins parcels 133968, 133962, and 133846. The applicant is the Town of Stanley.
