Over the last several months, Town of Stanley has been addressing the ongoing issues with bicycles, particularly involving juveniles riding on the roadways without proper helmets or with no helmets at all. Most of these incidents involve juveniles traveling in large groups, darting in and out of traffic, avoiding stop signs, red lights, and disregarding vehicles that have the right of way.  They are also riding in PVAs, at Harper Park, and on sidewalks, which violates  town ordinances.
