The Town of Stanley Planning Department has two (2) items scheduled for public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM, at Town of Stanley Council Chambers, 416 Highway 27 S, Stanley, NC. The Town of Stanley Town Council will review the following requests:
(1) ZTA25-02 Zoning Text Amendments to Article IV Administration and Article VI Appeals, Variance, Special Use, Temporary Use Process. The applicant is the Town of Stanley Planning Board.
(2) Addition of Regulatory Language for the addition of Special Events to the Town Code of Ordinances.
