The Town of Stanley Planning Department has two (2) items scheduled for public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM, at Town of Stanley Council Chambers, 416 Highway 27 S, Stanley, NC. The Town of Stanley Town Council will review the following request:
- Z25-01 Zoning Map change request for property located at 315 W. Chestnut St., Stanley, N.C., parcel 133954, from the (R-12) Single Family Residential 12,000 Square Feet Zoning District to the (R-8) Single Family Residential 8,000 Square Feet Zoning District. The applicant is Jimmy Poole.
- SUP25-01 Special Use Permit request for property located at W Chestnut Street Ext., Stanley, N.C., portion of parcel 175398, in order to allow for the placement of Modular Housing. The applicant is Stephen Garrison.
