A vacancy is now available on the Town of Stanley Planning Board/Board of Adjustment. These Council-appointed volunteer boards advise the Town on matters of land use and development. The Planning Board reviews and makes recommendations on zoning text amendments, rezonings, major site plans, and subdivisions. The Board of Adjustment reviews and approves Special Use Permits and Variances. The term of this vacancy expires 7/11/24, at which time the board member may be re-appointed.
