The Town Manager is the chief executive officer of the Town and is responsible
for the overall management of Town operations. Functions of the Town Manager
include:
• Implementing policy decisions and legislative actions taken by the City
Council
• Making recommendations to Town Council
• Overseeing the operations of the Town. Zoning & Planning.
• Preparing the Town budget |

official Board of Aldermen activities; to prepare agendas and minutes of Board
of Aldermen’s meetings available to citizens and Town staff; to maintain Town
records; to prepare updates to the Town Code; and to provide support to the
Mayor and Board members. |
Finance Director

The Finance
Director oversees the financial record keeping of the town and ensures the
maintenance of a central accounting system for the Town government in a manner
consistent with established and accepted municipal accounting principles and
practices. He is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the annual
budget |
